With a master’s degree in psychology and counseling, with a concentration in vocational counseling, Cindy has spent her career helping people navigate the intersection between who they are and what they do professionally.

Through her work with professionals across multiple industries, she recognized that many capable people struggle not from lack of ability, but from misalignment between their natural strengths and their work environment.
